Throughout October, Riverside School is celebrating Black History Month in various ways.
Our canteen is serving an African-inspired menu, and students are participating in dedicated assemblies that recognize and celebrate the achievements of Black scientists and inventors. We have also implemented a special Civics program focused on the Windrush generation.
Additionally, during a Year 8 assembly, we had the privilege of hosting the Ganda Boys, whose inspiring music and insightful Q&A session uplifted us all.
