Two Year 13 students participated in the ‘Lessons from Auschwitz‘ Project, which included a day trip to Auschwitz in Poland. They are now working on a project focused on remembrance and the Holocaust. Both students described the deeply moving experience of encountering the stories of thousands of Holocaust victims, examining the objects they left behind, and witnessing the traces of these catastrophic events.
